Reservations:
When you want to make a booking, please provide details of at least two contact methods (email, WhatsApp, Telegram, Mobile). Please check that you send us correct contact information. We may need your passport information for some tours.
Deposits:
To confirm your reservation we request a deposit; the percentage of the deposit may change according to the tour chosen. We cannot guarantee a place on a tour without receiving a deposit.
The prices are valid for 1 week. If you paid and if the price increased, it does not affect you. If the prices go down after you made payment, we can reduce balance payment.

Payment:
You can pay cash or with credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Amex).
Currency:
Price are in Euro. When you want to pay with Turkish Lira, USD, British Pound or Japanese Yen then we use current exchange rate.
Itinerary Changes:
When you want to change your itinerary, if it is no extra cost due third parties to our company than we won’t ask you any extra.
Cancellations:
- Cancellation of package tour and flight tickets – you need to pay penalty fees that are charged to us by third parties.
- All other reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours in advance.
- When you cancel between last 24-48 hours, you will lose your deposit.
- When you cancel in the last 24 hours, then you must pay all the reservation fee.
You must follow the itinerary that we sent you. You must be ready at pick up time and place. You are responsible for any costs incurred due to missed flights, airport transfers and tours.
Privacy and Credit Card security:
We never share your contact or itinerary details with any other organizations. Your card details will be deleted automatically after your payment.
