WHAT TO EXPECT:

The Cappadocia hot air balloon experience begins about an hour before sunrise when you are picked up from your hotel in a luxurious private vehicle. You’ll be taken to the balloon company’s office, where you’ll register and enjoy a light breakfast.

As you prepare for the adventure, the pilots assess weather conditions to select the most suitable take-off location for the day. These locations vary daily to provide you with the best possible experience, depending on the wind’s speed and direction.

Once the Turkish Civil Aviation Authority gives approval, you’ll be transported to the chosen take-off site. There, you’ll witness the final stages of balloon inflation before stepping into the basket to start your magical journey.

• If you’re celebrating a special occasion, such as a birthday or anniversary, let us know during booking. We can arrange personalized touches, including a decorated basket or a celebratory cake.
• The flight itself lasts around an hour as the pilot expertly navigates the balloon across Cappadocia’s stunning landscapes. You’ll marvel at the valleys illuminated by the first golden rays of sunlight and admire the unique rock formations below. Sharing the skies with dozens of other balloons adds to the breathtaking experience. Depending on the wind and your preferences, the pilot may adjust the flight path to include additional landmarks.
• As the journey concludes, the pilot will gently guide the balloon to a landing site, which will differ from the starting point. Waiting minivans will ensure a smooth return to the ground.
• Once landed, you’ll enjoy a traditional champagne toast and receive a flight certificate as a keepsake of this unforgettable adventure. Finally, you’ll be taken back to your hotel, where you can savor a second breakfast and relive the memories of your extraordinary private balloon ride.

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours from the start of the tour will not be charged.
• Cancellations made between 24-48 hours from the start of the tour will be charged 50% of the amount due.
